How many people can Casa Kronos sleep?
Casa Kronos comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests in 5 bedrooms. No more guests allowed past the sleeping capacity of the home (15) without prior approval, charge may apply. Two rooms feature a king and queen bed (each with a private balcony), while the other three rooms offer full-size bunk beds ideal for families or groups.

What is the room layout like?
Casa Kronos features a spacious two-story layout spanning 199 square meters (approximately 2,142 square feet). One bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes a full-size bunk bed, situated next to a shared full bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs, including the master suite with its own private bathroom. An additional full bathroom is also located on the second floor.
Each bedroom is equipped with a dresser, luggage rack, and a hanging rack with hangers for your convenience. To get a better feel for the space, you can take a virtual tour of the house here.

Is there air conditioning?

Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, both are available for guest use.
Is there a grill?
Yes, there’s a wood or charcoal burning grill located on the rooftop terrace, which offers beautiful views along with comfortable seating and a dining space.
How far is Casa Kronos from the beach?
Playa San Francisco is about 800 meters away or just a little bit less than a half a mile. That’s about 3 minutes away by car.
How far is it from the house to restaurants and shops?
Do I need a car during my stay at Casa Kronos?
While you can potentially use taxis, rideshare services or public transportation in San Carlos, we highly recommend having a car. It makes getting around much easier, whether you’re heading to the Mirador (San Carlos Vista Point) lookout, visiting the San Carlos Marina Real, trying out different restaurants, or exploring nearby beaches and scenic spots. Having a car gives you more freedom and convenience to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
Bicycles can also be a nice way to travel around San Carlos.

Is Casa Kronos pet friendly?
We welcome well-behaved dogs at Casa Kronos. To accommodate the additional cleaning and maintenance required, a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay applies. This fee helps ensure the home remains clean and comfortable for all guests. Please note that pets must be approved in advance, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Is smoking allowed?
Casa Kronos is a smoke-free home. Smoking is not permitted inside the house under any circumstances. If you choose to smoke outside, we kindly ask that you do so away from doors and windows to avoid smoke drifting indoors. If smoking is detected inside the home, the cost of cleaning and deodorizing will be deducted from your security deposit.
Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or around the property. This is both a fire risk and a littering issue. Dispose of all smoking materials properly using an ashtray or designated container. Help us keep the space clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests.
